To fully leverage the aeration benefits of the mesh insert pot, we recommend using a lightweight soil medium, such as an orchid mix.
For watering, simply lift the planted basket by its two fold-down handles. Water thoroughly, allow the plant to drain for about 5 minutes, and then place it back into the planter. The integrated drip tray will effectively capture and subsequent drips.
The exterior panels of our planter boxes are crafted from UV-treated Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), offering durability and low maintenance, or choose the natural elegance of real Merbau timber. We use stainless steel screws and premium hardware throughout our raised and table planters, all supported by robust powder-coated aluminum framing.
Our UV-treated mesh insert baskets are designed for convenience, featuring stainless steel fold-down handles for convenient plant removal.

We’re incredibly proud of the unique craftsmanship in each custom-made piece. As a result of this bespoke process, and variations in screen displays, slight differences in colour, size, or appearance are natural and are not eligible for return.
However, your satisfaction is important. If your custom order arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We’ll promptly review the issue and, if warranted, provide a replacement or full refund.
